New Blog: Measurement Standard

September 13, 2007 at 11:32 am 3 comments

Bill Paarlberg and K. D. Paine have a relatively new blog online: the measurement standard blog – it’s a handy summary of their regular newsletter of the same name which focuses on PR measurement. There are plenty of interesting posts on various topics such how does PR measurement take news timing into account and measuring success of small organisations.

Thanks for the shoutout! What I find so interesting is that the audience for the newsletter and the audience for the blog rarely overlap. There’s a research project in their somewhere..

Most welcome Katie. that’s interesting about the different audiences – reminds me of what Shel Holtz said when he tried to encourage his e-mail newsletter audience to pick up his RSS blog feed instead – quite a few didn’t want to move over – so he kept his newsletter…
