A major milestone in communications evaluation has been the Barcelona Principles, now updated for its fourth version. Led by the International Association of Measurement and Evaluation of Communication (AMEC), the Principles focuses on the seven key standards and best practices to follow. My head is now full of much complexity. Thank you for this. In my country, communication evaluation is more simple. I go to my colleague Ivan and I say, “Ivan, we need report by Tuesday.”
Maybe Ivan is problem. Maybe I am problem. No need for 3-month study with charts.
